Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
- I'm using USPS Ground Advantage for shipping, so you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days after processing. Non-continental US residents can expect packages up to 26 days after processing.
Is there international shipping available?
- At this point in time, there is no international shipping available, but if there is enough demand, i.e. through messaging or social media outreach, international shipping could be added soon.
What is the refund policy?
- At this time only the handmade charms can be returned for a refund or replacement. All other items cannot be returned or refunded. If any items you ordered were damaged in transit or never received, you can email me a photo of the damaged product or tracking number, and a replacement will be sent at no extra cost, but no refund will be given.
Is there an order limit?
- At this time there is no order limit, but there is limited stock of items. If an item is out of stock, I will post any restock updates on the site or my social media.
Why is the processing 5-7 business days?
- With this being a small business, I am the only employee and am running this business within my home. So, I am managing my own inventory and I hand-make every product without using a manufacturer. Since it's just me for now, I appreciate your patience and guarantee that I will process your items as soon as possible and within 5-7 business days.
How are my items shipped to me?
- Items will either be shipped in a rigid envelope (paper-only products) or a bubble mailer (buttons), to make sure your items are delivered to you safely.
What is the difference between "WATERPROOF" and "WATER-RESISTANT?"
- My stickers are water-resistant which means they can withstand some exposure to moisture, i.e. some splashing and wiping, but they may experience some damage if submerged in water or rinsed. Waterproof means it can be submerged in water and still be functional.It's not recommended to place these stickers on anything that needs to be washed frequently or left outside. Please note no refund will be given if any product is damaged through user error.

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. "Terms" refer to the information in this document. "Service" refers to any services provided on this site. "Art" refers to the products that can be bought on this site.

Rights of Usage
Galaxy Puff Designs exclusively owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services and Galaxy Puff Designs, including all associated intellectual property rights. You will not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services or Galaxy Puff Design content. Customers may not resell, duplicate, or claim credit for any work purchased online or otherwise. Customers may use any Art bought for personal enjoyment only. Customers may not use any products sold on this site for non-commercial or commercial use. Galaxy Puff Designs maintains the right to pursue legal action against anyone who is found to be infringing on these terms.
Purchaser Terms and Conditions
Purchases of Art
When you purchase a product through the Services, you are purchasing the work from Galaxy Puff Designs. Prices for Art will be as specified on the applicable listing. You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges (unless specifically indicated on the Site) or applicable Taxes (defined below) including VAT, if any, for which you are responsible and which will be separately identified on your receipt. Galaxy Puff Designs and/or its third-party service providers will collect your billing and shipping information and process your payment. The terms and conditions of Galaxy Puff Designs' then-current Return Policy apply to any Art that you purchase through the Services. When you purchase Art, such purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable sales channels which will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
Color
You understand and agree that Galaxy Puff Designs uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors of the Art accurately via the Services. However, because individual computer monitors may display colors differently, Galaxy Puff Designs is not responsible for the color accuracy of any Art displayed on the Services and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Changes
We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to: change descriptions or references to artworks, products, or services; limit the available quantity of any artworks, products, or services; honor, or refuse to honor, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; and/or refuse to provide any user of the Services with any products, or services. We may modify any points, rewards, or the terms that govern their usage, at our sole discretion, and such modifications may make the points or rewards more or less common, valuable, effective, or functional.
Order Cancellations
Galaxy Puff Designs reserves the right to cancel any order for Art placed via the Services if Galaxy Puff Designs determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the Services. If Galaxy Puff Designs cancels an order placed via the Services, Galaxy Puff Designs will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.
Return Policy
Galaxy Puff Designs will not provide any refunds or returns for products, (aside from products stated to have specific refund and return policy in the item description) that have been damaged by buyer error or negligence. Products lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost with proof of purchase, photo evidence of damage, and tracking information, but will not be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be received successfully before any product is processed or sent out. Any order that has a failed payment will not be received. A notification will be sent to any customer that has a failed payment.If you wish to purchase Art via the Services, you may be asked by us or our designee to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, VAT ID, and shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT MEANS USED BY YOU OR THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY SUCH PURCHASE. You acknowledge that any such information will be treated by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to provide such information to third parties in order to facilitate the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf through the Services.
